How can I access non-public documents?

You can request access to a document directly through this page. Requests are typically reviewed by us within 24 hours and, if applicable, access is granted. You will be notified of the approval by email.

Is there a BSI C5 Type I or Type II attestation for idgard?

At present, idgard does not yet have a C5 attestation. We are currently assessing the extent to which our processes and technical controls for idgard already comply with the updated C5 criteria (BSI C5:2026), evaluating the remaining need for adjustments, and developing an implementation plan to achieve an attestation toward the end of our fiscal year. Are idgard or DriveLock TISAX certified?

No, neither company is TISAX certified at assurance levels AL2 or AL3. For idgard customers with requirements originating from the automotive industry, we are currently evaluating the effort and scope of a TISAX assessment.
