How can I access non-public documents?

You can request access to a document directly through this page. Requests are typically reviewed by us within 24 hours and, if applicable, access is granted. You will be notified of the approval by email.

Is there a BSI C5 Type I or Type II attestation for idgard?

At present, idgard does not yet hold a C5 attestation. We are currently preparing an implementation plan to achieve a Type 2 attestation in the upcoming fiscal year. If you have a specific requirement in this regard, please feel free to contact your designated representative or reach out to us via our website.

Are idgard or DriveLock TISAX certified?

A TISAX AL3 certification is currently in process. We expect to finalize our TISAX evaluation in Q4 2026.
